When do I get a status change via email?
So that you can see what we are doing with your order, we have introduced certain statuses, which are displayed in the account account under "my orders".

You will be informed by email whenever we change your status.

Here is an excerpt of the different statuses:

Call from central warehouse:

Spare parts not in the shop warehouse have been ordered from BMW

delivered by BMW:

The spare parts you have ordered have now been delivered to us by BWM. We are still checking whether the order can be delivered to you in full.

Partial delivery from BMW:

Not all of the spare parts called up by BMW from your order have been delivered to us, we are still waiting until all of the spare parts are in our shipping department.

Transfer from Filale:

Spare parts you have ordered are in a different branch than the shop shipping department, we have to have them delivered from there.

Being prepared for shipping:

Now we have all the spare parts you have ordered and can pack them.

Waiting for cash:

You have chosen prepayment as the payment method and we wait until we process the order until the money has been received in our bank account.

Spare parts that are in stock in our spare parts store are marked with stock items

Delivery by Deutsche Post

Parcels are shipped with Deutsche Post.

Delivery with DHL

We deliver standard packages with DHL, you can track the delivery with the Traking Id on the e-mail.

Delivery by Scherbauer forwarding agency

We usually deliver larger spare parts with the DHL shipping partner Scherbauer

BMW (N / A) / check

If BMW AG is unable to deliver the spare part at short notice, we will try to obtain it from other sources. A delivery to you was not dispatched in the specified time, then the shop system also sets this status so that we can investigate.
